Administer an Oath or Affirmation
$5.00/individual Customer makes a public pledge, declaration or promise in the presence of a notary, that a he/she is telling the whole and complete truth. Oaths and affirmations may be spoken or written. An affirmation is an appeal to a higher power or supreme being, while an oath does not include religion. Examples: court statement, oath of office. Take Acknowledgement $5.00/first name / $2.00 each addtl name A notarial act stating the signer did so with complete understanding of the document and it's meaning, and signed with will and intention in the presence of a notary public. Examples: deed, contract, agreement. Note Protest of a Negotiable Instrument $3.00/page A certificate that an agreement has been dishonored by nonacceptance or nonpayment. |
Take Verification of Oath or Affirmation
$5.00 Known to some as a "affidavit", a declaration, made by an individual on oath or affirmation before a notarial officer, that a statement in a record is true, correct and complete. This is a voluntary, sworn written statement. Client signs in the presence of the notary. Examples: employment verification, annual budget, court papers. Witness or Attest a Signature $5.00/signature A notary public witnesses a client make a signature or attests that the signature belongs to the person who claims it as theirs. Client provides additional witnesses, or can request the notary supply a witness for $25/witness per 30 minutes. Certify or Attest a Copy or Deposition $5.00/copy (does not require identification) Notary provides written statement that a document is a true, complete and correct reproduction of the original document. Original must be provided for inspection, and duplication if customer does not have a copy. This service is illegal for the following documents: birth or death certificate, copyrighted materials, naturalization records, and any document upon which the words "Illegal to Copy" are present. |

Under 10 miles – no additional charge
11-25 Miles $25 plus $0.75/per mile (round trip)
After Hours Fee: 8:00pm - 7:00am $30
Photocopies: 10 cents/copy
Postage: as required
Flat Fee: $35 for notarizations in hospitals, jails, nursing homes, rehab facilities, and assisted living
Witness: $25/per person per 30 minutes. If you cannot provide a witness, one can be provided at this rate.

Cancellation Fee less than 1 hour notice: $50, plus mileage, if I have traveled for appointment

Payment
Payment is due at the time of notarization.
Failed Notarization
If services cannot be completed due to client default (see How to Prepare for Your Appointment), a cancellation fee will apply, plus mileage if I have traveled for the appointment.
It is the client's responsibility to have all required documents, know the services needed, and understand the meaning of their documents. A client will be charged in full for showing up to an appointment, but are unprepared.
